A feminine embodiment practice that combines yoga asana, dance, fluid movement & free expression in a safe container. Explore different feminine archetypes to see which one your body craves. Remember, feminine does not necessarily equal soft. Through sensual movement, the body is allowed to feel, communicate & release stuck energy to achieve catharsis.

Buti


A music driven somatic movement practice that seamlessly incorporates primal movement, dynamic yoga asana & cardio dance. Intentional elements of shaking & vibration regulate the nervous system while supporting the body's natural cellular reorganization & lymph drainage mechanisms. Buti is an experience that breaks down emotional barriers and facilitates energetic release & toning of the body.

Sound Immersion


An intuitive medley of sounds from Himalayan & crystal singing bowls, kochi chimes, seed chimes, swinging chimes, wave drums, and a rain column that transports you to an ethereal, oceanic, & otherworldly space. The frequency of the instruments travel through the body & vibrates through your cells, facilitating in deep restoration & emotional release. Each immersion is tailored to the energy of the group and no two sessions are ever the same.

Buti Deep (Coming soon)


A restorative, low-impact, floor-based movement designed to connect the mind to the muscle through the Spiral Structure Technique. It focuses on micro-movements, self-massage, and deep core strengthening, making it an excellent practice for postpartum recovery, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and injury prevention.


This class is for you if you are looking for the restorative counterpart of Buti. Less fire, more controlled movement.
