​Refund Policy

 At this time there is no refund for any sessions purchased via this site. A credit to your Arketa account or rescheduling options will be applied based on the Late Policy.

 Cancellation Policy

There may be unexpected experiences that arise which may require you to cancel a session. Please note that cancellation requests must be emailed to kimberlyungerhealingarts@gmail.com within 3 hours of your scheduled session. Once a cancellation request is received, it will be reviewed and confirmed.

Late Policy
You are asked to arrive promptly for scheduled events and sessions. Lateness is defined as not joining class within 10 minutes of the start time. If you anticipate being unable to attend, please communicate this in advance via written communication to kimberlyungerhealingarts@gmail.com.
